After School Program

The After School Program at our school serves students in PreK through 8th grade, offering a safe, supportive, and engaging environment beyond the regular school day. Rooted in our commitment to the whole child, the program provides structured time for homework help and educational support, while also encouraging creativity, social development, and play. Caring staff members foster positive relationships and create a sense of community where students feel seen, supported, and inspired. Whether working on school assignments, participating in enrichment activities, or simply having fun with friends, students in our After School Program are growing academically, socially, and emotionally each day.

    • The program is open on regular school days from dismissal until 6:00 PM.

    • The program is not available on days preceding school breaks, Labor Day, or Memorial Day.

    • Families may sign up on a yearly or quarterly basis:

      • Yearly commitments can be paid in full at the start of the school year or on a monthly payment plan.

      • Quarterly commitments must be paid in full at the start of each quarter.

    • A late pick-up fee of $3.00 per minute per child is charged after 6:00 PM.

    • Drop-in care is available for $25 per child per day.

    • The HTS After School Program is a home for a wide variety of clubs.

    • Clubs are offered in areas such as theater arts, music, debate, art, sports, and more.

    • Clubs are optional and require an additional fee.

    • Clubs are led by HTS faculty as well as outside organizations.
