  • Holy Trinity School, a Catholic elementary school in the Jesuit Tradition, is seeking an Elementary School GradesHomeroom teacher, specializing in either Math/Science to join our faculty for the 2026-27 school year.  The successful candidate will work as part of a dynamic, high-energy educational team and will have strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. 

    Duties and responsibilities include: 

    • Build relationships with students all day (joyful, age-appropriate sense of humor is required)

    • Collaborate with all members of the grade-level team and instructional support team, implementing the established curriculum while also maintaining flexibility 

    • The candidate will teach ELA daily. 

    • Utilize Standardized Test scores and other forms of assessment to adjust lesson plans and inform instruction.

    • Create a classroom that is learner based, including lessons planning and delivery, activities, space, and assessment

    • Inform classroom and teaching with Catholic, Jesuit values including prayer, kindness, justice, and compassion.

  • Holy Trinity School, a Catholic elementary school in the Jesuit Tradition, is seeking a Part-Time Business Manager to join our staff for the 2026-2027 school year. The successful candidate will work as part of a dynamic, high-energy educational team and will have strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    • Administrative responsibility is fully delegated by the principal typically in the areas of finance, accounting, bookkeeping, budgeting, and payroll

    • Understand and determine compliance with archdiocese requirements for parish accounting and internal controls

    • Process biweekly payroll

    • Manage Tuition Receivable

    • Assist in Accounts Payable

    • Prepare school deposits as needed

    • Partner with parish bookkeeper/CPA to perform monthly closing journal entries and reconciliations 

    • Participate in monthly Parish Finance Council meetings

    • Assist Principal in preparing the annual school budget

    • Assist auditors as needed for annual financial reviews

    • Other duties as assigned by the Principal

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting or related field preferred but not required

    • Previous experience as a Business Manager or Bookkeeper preferred

    • Experience in preparation of financial reporting and analysis for discussion and decision making

    • Experience in Accounting software (PeopleSoft/ParishSoft a plus) and ability to learn new technologies

    • Experience in Accounts Payable software (bill.com a plus)

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

    • Detail-oriented with good time management skills

    • Able to communicate with multiple stakeholders, including parish employees, school faculty, parents, and vendors.

  • Holy Trinity School, a Catholic elementary school in the Jesuit Tradition, is seeking a School Counselor, grades 5-8 to join our faculty in the 2026-27 school year.

    Position Overview

    We seek a mission-driven and collaborative educational leader who provides direct services in a comprehensive PreK–8 counseling program. This role is responsible for overseeing the developmental, social-emotional, and mental wellness needs of students in grades 5-8.  Upper School Counselor will collaborate closely with Lower School Counselor, faculty, families, and external providers to support the holistic development of each child in alignment with Jesuit values.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive, developmentally appropriate 5–8 school counseling program in collaboration with with school administrators and Lower School counseling specialist

    • Partner with school leadership to align counseling services with the school’s mission and strategic priorities

    • Provide individual and small group counseling to students, with primary responsibility for grades 5–8

    • Support students in navigating social-emotional challenges, academic stress, and developmental transitions

    • Respond to student crises and provide appropriate intervention and follow-up

    Wellness Curriculum Development & Delivery

    • Design and deliver a structured wellness curriculum for grades 5–8 aligned with developmental milestones

    • Facilitate classroom lessons on topics including:

      • Friendship and peer relationships

      • Bullying and relational aggression

      • Racism, bias, and inclusion

      • Body development and sexuality (age-appropriate, mission-aligned)

      • Mental health and emotional wellness

      • Additional relevant topics based on student needs

    • Collaborate with faculty to integrate social-emotional learning into classroom practices

    Collaboration & Communication

    • Serve as a key resource for faculty and parents on student social-emotional needs and classroom strategies

    • Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress and concerns

    • Serve as liaison with outside therapists, psychologists, and other service providers when appropriate

    • Coordinate referrals and support continuity of care for students receiving outside services

    Mission Integration

    • Uphold and model the values of Catholic and Jesuit education, including cura personalis (care for the whole person)

    • Support the spiritual, moral, and emotional development of students in a faith-centered environment

    • Collaborate with campus ministry and administration to promote student well-being and community belonging

    Qualifications

    • Master’s degree in School Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field

    • Valid school counseling license (or eligibility to obtain licensure within 3 years)

    • Experience working with elementary and/or middle school students preferred

    • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver social-emotional learning curricula

    • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills

    • Commitment to working in a Catholic, Jesuit educational setting

    • Familiarity with culturally responsive counseling practices
