Support HTS

Holy Trinity School strives to operate a diverse, high quality Catholic elementary school while keeping tuition affordable.  We rely on the support, loyalty, and generosity of our parents, faculty, alumni, past parents, grandparents, and friends as tuition alone does not cover the full cost of operating the school.  Through gifts of time, talent, and treasure, the support of our entire Holy Trinity Community allows Holy Trinity School to close the gap between tuition and the actual cost of educating a student.

The Annual Giving Fund

Supporting the Annual Giving Fund is one of the most important gifts you can give to the school.  A gift to this fund helps meet the schools most pressing needs.  Your gift directly supports our educational programs, funding the gap between tuition and the actual cost of running the school, providing:

  • Competitive salaries for teachers
  • Low student/faculty ratio
  • Excellent academics

All gifts to the Annual Giving Fund, whatever the size, are valued and of great importance to the school.  Gifts to the Annual Giving Fund may be given in a variety of ways and are tax-deductable.

Endowment and Restricted Gifts

Scholarships are awarded to Holy Trinity School students based on financial need.  Holy Trinity School has an endowment fund, the interest of which sustains our yearly awards.  This endowment is composed of a general fund and named endowed scholarships.  General donations may be made to this fund.  If you are interested in establishing a named endowed scholarship, a minimum $50,000 donation is required.  Please contact the Development Office for details.

Donations may also be given to restricted funds that help support specific programs throughout the year (i.e. scholarships, sports teams, the Gavigan Program).  If you are interested in restricting your gift for a specific use, please call the Development Office.

A Holy Trinity tradition since 1995, the parents of the graduating 8th graders give an 8th Grade Class Gift to the school.  A parent committee works with the principal and teachers to determine this gift.  Some parents choose to donate their student’s school year deposit to this gift.

Home School Association Community Builders/Fundraisers

The HSA engages in many community building activities and endeavors during the year.  All of the events rely heavily upon parental support to make them successful.  The money raised by HSA fundraising goes into the HSA budget and is allocated for various items needed by the school, such as financial-need scholarships, school technology upgrades, school athletic programs, our new playground, and more.  For a full list of HSA activities, dates, and contacts, please see the Home School Association (HSA) page.

Grocery Store Education Rebates

Grocery retailers in our metropolitan area reward loyalty to their shoppers by donating to designated schools.  Some schools earn as much as $20,000/year.  Please register your grocery store loyalty cards and request donations to be sent to Holy Trinity.  If you are interested in registering your cards, please see the Grocery Store Education Rebates page.
