To report your child’s absence or tardiness, please contact the Health Office BEFORE 8:10am.

Parents are expected to call the Health Office if their child has:  head lice, ringworm, strep, scarlet fever, pinworms, mono, impetigo, or any other contagious disease.  A note will then be sent home to that class.

Please Note: Regardless of a student’s state residency all students attending schools in the District of Columbia must comply with The District Of Columbia requirements.

IMMUNIZATION RECORDS:
In order to attend class, in accordance with The District Of Columbia Health Department, District Of Columbia Law, and the Archdiocese of Washington all students must have current immunization records on file prior to the first day of class.

UNIVERSAL HEALTH CERTIFICATE – NEW LAW:
Each student attending pre-kindergarten through grade twelve in The District Of Columbia  shall furnish the school annually with a certificate of health ( The Universal Health Certificate ) completed and signed by a physician or advanced practice nurse.

LEAD POISONING TEST:
Upon entry of a student under 6 years of age into all schools in The District Of Columbia, the student shall furnish the school with certificate of test for lead poisoning.
