To apply for admission to Holy Trinity School you may download the following:

• 1. Application for admission. MS Word Version . . . Adobe .PDF Version
  The application may be completed and sent along with the fee during the months of October through June. Applications will not be dated or processed during the months of July, August or September.
• 2. Transcript release form (Parent to give to child's current school)

  Arrange to have the official transcript arrive prior to February 1st.
• 3. Two recommendations (Parent to give to child's current school)
  • One from a current teacher

    • MS Word Version for Teachers for Grades 2 - 7

  • BOTH Must arrive prior to February 1st of academic year applying.
