Calendars
Holy Trinity uses Google calendar to convey important dates and times to students, parent, and faculty. Using Google calendar allows each teacher to add events to one calendar. It also allows us to easily display dates and times on the HTS website.
Subscribing to HTS Calendars
It is possible to subscribe to the Google calendars maintained by HTS. However, it is important to know that all of the calendars displayed on the on the HTS website display a few calendars on one page.
The Main Calendar page displays the HTS Main, Grade-Level Public Events, Parents, Christian Holidays, and U.S. Holidays calendars.
The Grade 8 Calendar page displays the HTS Main, Grade-Level Public Events, Grade 8 Calendar, Christian Holidays, and U.S. Holidays calendars.
The Grade 7 Calendar page displays the HTS Main, Grade-Level Public Events, Grade 7 Calendar, Christian Holidays, and U.S. Holidays calendars.
The Grade 6 Calendar page displays the HTS Main, Grade-Level Public Events, Grade 6 Calendar, Christian Holidays, and U.S. Holidays calendars.
The Grade 5 Calendar page displays the HTS Main, Grade-Level Public Events, Grade 5 Calendar, Christian Holidays, and U.S. Holidays calendars.
The Hot Lunch Menu & Servers page displays the HTS Main, Hot Lunch Menu, and Hot Lunch Servers calendars.
Thus, in order to see all of the events displayed on the different calendars on the HTS website, you will need to subscribe to many different calendars. It may seem complicated, but it’s needed “behind the scenes” so that the best possible information is conveyed to the HTS community.
