Welcome From the Principal

On behalf of the faculty and staff of HTS, welcome to the Holy Trinity School website! 

HTS is a Catholic elementary school in the Jesuit tradition.  We strive to develop young women and men that excel academically and use their developing skills and knowledge to benefit their communities.  We teach them to reflect on their own lives and the changing world around them to ensure they are making a positive contribution to God’s creation.  With the support of our local Jesuit community, the faculty looks to work in tandem with school parents to help young men and women for others to carry on the tradition of using our God-given gifts for the benefit of others less fortunate.

Our theme for this year is Discerning Meaningful Action.  To that end, we are looking to communicate more effectively with parents while keeping our focus on the children we meet each day.  Our website is designed to support this mission by providing parents and families with accurate and up-to-date information on school events, policies and procedures as well as providing a window into each grade and the day-to-day activities for that grade. Teachers will provide a copy of home assignments to assist students and inform parents of current work. Parents can access our multiple calendars to see where they can plug in to a variety of events and activities from monthly schoolwide liturgies and smaller class masses to serving hot lunch and attending a Mothers’ Day tea!

In addition, we will continue to post photos of recent events at HTS in and out of the classroom for the community to share and enjoy.  Most of these photos are in the password-protected section, so ask your favorite HTS student to help you view these sections.  If you have any web-worthy shots to add to our photo galleries, please forward them to Ms. Sileo.
