The
slower you look, the more you give to the process, the better the drawing. It's about the quality of the lines. Accuracy is not the goal. For some the intensity is too much, and they can only sustain the slow pace for so long. |

| When
the eyes glide too fast around your features, the lines drawn lose their artistic quality. No such trouble here. |

| We
are very proud of our efforts. Many students did well page after page. We enjoyed using different media. |

On
the fourth class, we did modified contour drawing. We looked mostly at the mirror, but we could glance down at the paper to find our place. Some of us could take over the page. |
