4th GRADE BLIND CONTOUR LESSONS

PAGE 1

.
This project is the same as the 5th grade project.
The 5th graders have greater variety in the lines because they worked longer at it, without changing media.

..Because the 5th graders worked longer at it, they have more work to show.

Fourth graders work just as well as the 5th graders.

IT TAKES GUTS!!!
The instructions are to choose the marker you will be working with; place your paper in a comfortable position and hold it in place with your non-drawing hand.

IT TAKES CURIOSITY!
You are going to make a map of your face (the contour of your face).
Concentrate on looking at your face in the mirror; choose a point from which to start (for example: an ear)
and without looking at the paper, start to draw.

Easier said than done!
We are very proud of our efforts. Many students did well page after page.

Some of us could take over the page.
