TEST FORMAT PROTOCOL

Tests consist of five (5) types of questions:
a) Matching: match the phrase with the appropriate term. Based
on vocabulary words.
b) Contrast: tell the difference between a pair of words
c) Listing: stating information. No explanation needed.
d) Short answers: explain, describe, discuss, interpret or make the connection. To be written in complete sentences.
e) Graphs: construction and analysis.

REPORT FORMAT PROTOCOL

1. Font and size: Times New Roman, 12 – 14 points
2. Spacing: 1.5 or double
3. Ink: black for content, color may be used to highlight, for pictures, headings or key terms.
4. Content: must have an introduction, body, conclusion and bibliography. Graphics must be related to topic.
5. Cover page: name(s), grade, title, date and chapter title
6. Report cover: report must be enclosed in a report cover
