Need Help Downloading Forms?
Any forms posted on the HTS website (for the Gala, Trinity Open, Book Fair, CYO Sports Schedules or other HTS event) can be opened using Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not have that software installed on your computer, you can download a free copy (probably Acrobat Reader 5.0) by following the instructions on the link below.
