Data Collection Pages for March 8th In-Service
The links below will connect you to MS Word documents for each of the sets of standards for math and language arts from grades K - 8. To access the document, LEFT-click on the link and then choose SAVE instead of Open when the grey dialog box pops up. Then save the copy to YOUR network folder (i.e. mshannon$, sregina$) and perhaps within a subfolder for curriculum related stuff?
Once you have saved it safely, you can then open MS Word and type into the document. The entire ADW Learning Standards with examples can be found in the left-hand column of the document. There is a narrow middle column where you will need to type: Introduced, Developed, or Mastered (a capital "I", "D" or "M" will do). If there are any relevant notes you can add to this document, the right-hand column is available. Suggestions for types of comments can be found at the top of each one of the Standards documents. ("Do NOT expect to cover this","Thought they already knew this". "What I also do with this group is ...")
To keep the columns in sync within each general standard, please hit ENTER to move down to the appropriate level for your comments.
By typing it directly into this document, it will be saved to the network and others can access it next week and in the future. Just save your copy in YOUR network drive and it will be safe for now. Email CH when you are finished and we will gather all of the copies together for the curriculum meetings on the next two early Fridays.
